I have not received an email, or password, or any contact.
Immediately after signup for a free account, or purchase of a paid product, the system sends out a confirmation email, as well any necessary password information. If you have not received it within 1-5 minutes, check your SPAM folder. If you have not received it within 5-10 minutes, it was lost somewhere in digital space. If that is the case, you can use the Contact form to send us an email. be sure to include the word "retouching" somewhere in the subject line, otherwise it may go into my own SPAM folder, causing further delays.
After Payment, Video Page is still Locked.
I brought this to the attention of the developer, so they will try to fix it. In the meantime, what seems to be happening is that if that you have one email address assigned for the Free Membership, but used a different email address for PayPal, the system automatically created a new user account under the PayPal email address. This works great if you dont already have an account, but really sucks if you do.
Check your email again, to see if the system automatically generated another account with a new password. If it did, send us an email letting us know the account that should have had access. We can manually make it correct for you. In the meantime, you can access the video using the new login account.
