Selecting Like a Pro
Masking gives you more control over your selection and is the professional way to go to make your work easier and more refined. Do you want to change the color of your subject’s shirt? Is your model’s hair looking a little dull? Do you want to cut out something from an image and superimpose it on the background of another image? You can select your objects easily with the various Masking techniques we’ll teach you, and make changes specifically to that section alone, without affecting the other areas of your image.
Perfecting the Mask
As an expansion of the concepts learned in the Basic I, this class will focus on how to get those tighter masks and when to use looser ones. Masking is, in our opinion, the most important skill to learn in Photoshop, so we’ll be spending a great deal of time perfecting your skills through actual photo examples that will be used throughout the whole course.
